Solo Sessions BOOTCAMP 1.0 is jam-packed with training methods to help you achieve a better level of fitness, keep you pumped, inspired and challenged. 

We will be hitting you with Plyometrics & Landing, Speed and Agility, Speed & Endurance, Solo Skills, Core Stability and of course the ever popular Solo Sessions Wall Work. These sessions will keep you targeting all the key components of skills and fitness you need for your current level of netball.
