Solo Sessions, founded by Sasha Corbin, are providers of Virtual Training and Netball Coaching Masterclasses. Our mission is to encourage and empower people to keep active using the power of netball.

It has always been a dream of Sasha's to be able to deliver online netball training sessions, and inspire and motivate the netball community to get active with lots of netball related activities from challenges, strength exercises to netball dances and more.
WHAT WE DO
Solo Sessions Masterclasses continue to offer private sessions to clubs, schools and universities. All of the packages can be tailored to suit your requirements and every Masterclass is guaranteed to be packed with passion and energy.
The Solo Sessions Inspire hubs that have been set up across North London give girls between 11 - 14yrs old an opportunity to access free top flight coaching on a weekly basis. This community project gives these stars of the future unforgettable experiences with elite sports stars who regularly attend to inspire them by talking about their own sporting journeys.
The Solo Sessions profile is growing every day and our YouTube channel now has over 90 videos which aim to give fun ideas for individual practices that players of all sports can do at home to improve their skills away from their teams.
