1.1 Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale

2. Pre order
2.1 Pre-order items on pre-order are not in-stock at the time of purchase. This means it will take a bit longer than usual to ship out to you.
2.2 If you order other items along with a pre-order piece, your entire order will be put on hold until your pre-order item is ready.
3. Acceptance of Orders
3.1 You warrant that all information you supply to us at the time of placing an order (Order) for products that are offered for sale by us through the Site (Products, gear) and in connection with an Order made using the Site, is true and correct.
3.2 By placing an Order, you are offering to purchase a product on, and subject to the following Terms of Supply.
3.3 Your receipt of an order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your Order and it does not confirm our offer to sell. Solo Sessions has the right to accept or decline your Order at any time after receipt of your Order.
3.4 All Orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment of Solo Sessions.
3.5 We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any Order.
3.6 Solo Sessions reserves the right to refuse any Order without giving reason.
3.7 If we cancel an Order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method of payment received.
4.1 We may correct any errors which appear on the Site and reject any Orders which have been received in connection with such errors.
4.2 Solo Sessions has the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price.
4.3 Solo Session's right to refuse or cancel any Orders will apply whether or not the Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
4.4 If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Order is cancelled, Solo Sessions will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
5.1 Prices displayed on the Site are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT, where applicable.
5.2 Prices are subject to change at any time.
5.3 Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the Products.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of Products are not included in the price.
6. Change of Address
6.1 Solo Sessions cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order.
6.2 If you complete your Order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact Solo Sessions immediately.
7.1 You must pay Solo Sessions for the Products at the time of placing your Order using the Site.
7.2 Solo Sessions accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
7.2.1 You must comply with the terms and conditions of these providers.
7.3 If you elect to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro, charging or debiting of your payment card will only be made when you elect to pay for the items you have ordered at the end of the check-out. Prior to this step, your Order will not be recorded or processed.
7.4 Upon receiving your Order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
7.5 Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
7.5.1 If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not authorise payment for any reason, then you will be notified of this immediately prior to completing your purchase using the Site at the check-out stage.
7.6 Your card will be debited once the Order has been accepted.

8. Overseas Orders
8.1 Solo Sessions does not convert the total price of Orders into other currencies.
8.2 We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in British Pounds and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you.
8.3 If you have any questions about currency conversions, please contact your bank or financial institution.
8.4 The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
9.1 Customers outside the UK may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
9.2 These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
9.2.1 It is required that YOU check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
9.3 If you refuse to pay these fees you are also refusing your parcel. If this happens, Royal Mail may destroy your parcel.
9.3.1 We cannot be held accountable for any packages destroyed by Royal Mail and your order will not be refunded.
9.3.2 If you contact Royal Mail and refuse your parcel, Royal Mail will let us know.
9.3.3 If we do have your parcel sent back to us instead of being destroyed, we unfortunately must charge you for the shipping costs we are charged to have your parcel sent back, along with any duties and taxes charged on that parcel.

10. Discount Codes
10.1 Promotional discount codes may be offered from time to time on certain products.
10.2 These discount codes will be available for a limited amount of time only and of a limited usage.
10.3 The entire amount of any discount code must be used in one single transaction. 10.4 Refunds will not be given for any leftover value.
10.5 Discount codes do not cover the cost of shipping.
11.1 Your credit card details are not stored by the Site, they are passed securely through PayPal's online payment gateway.
11.2 All supplied sensitive credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database.
11.3 When placing an order, you undertake that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit cards used to place your order. If you are not the cardholder listed on the credit card, do not make a purchase using the Site.
11.4 Solo Sessions will report any instances of credit card fraud to the British Police and banking authorities.
11.5 In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
12.1 If you receive any Products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to Solo Sessions within 30 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit for the purchase price of the item.
12.2 The purchase price is the amount you paid for the Product and does not include any delivery costs.
12.3 If you wish to exchange a Product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order.
12.4 Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
12.5 All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed.
12.6 We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.
12.7 You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as Solo Sessions is not liable for any items lost in the post.

12.9 Under Solo Session’s policy for defective or faulty items, you may return your Products to us if the Products (among other things):
12.9.1 are or become faulty through no fault of your own;
12.9.2 are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff; or
12.9.3 don't match the description for them.
12.9.4 any Product returns must be made within a reasonable period of time and you will be asked for proof of purchase.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Solo Sessions be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Products, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if Solo Sessions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Solo Sessions total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount you have actually paid to Solo Sessions for the Products. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14. Shipping & Delivery
14.1 Once the order has been placed, we aim to process your order on Friday before 1pm. Solo Sessions only ships orders on Fridays, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
14.2 Following release days Solo Sessions may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated.
14.3 Solo Sessions will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of dispatch.
14.4 Once an order has left the Solo Sessions facility, it is in the care of Royal Mail. Solo Sessions is not liable for any errors made by these services.
14.5 Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Solo Sessions is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
15.1 The estimated delivery time of orders within the UK is 1-5 business days after shipment. Your orders are shipped using Royal Mail post. The standard postage cost of orders within the UK is £5.
15.2 Each parcel is able to be traced and requires a signature upon delivery. Otherwise, a note will be left, and you will be required to pick up the package from your local Royal Mail Post Office.
15.3 Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
16. Rest of the world
16.1 International orders will incur a higher postal fee of a minimum of £10. This price may vary depending on the country.
16.2 In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
16.3 Standard Delivery uses Royal Mail. There is no tracking service available with this option. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks after shipment.
16.4 Once your parcel has arrived in your country, standard shipping parcels will be passed on to the internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
16.5 For deliveries, we suggest you have your order delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
17. Wholesaling and Reselling
17.1 Solo Sessions works on an exclusivity policy for wholesale of goods and does not support or allow the purchase of Solo Sessions goods for resale at a profit unless otherwise agreed by Solo Sessions.
17.2 Such activity may result in termination of access to the Site if a party is found to be violating the wholesale policy without agreement.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or upload photos. When ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, date of birth, mailing address or phone number.
