Solo Sessions, founded by England International and Saracens Mavericks captain Sasha Corbin are providers of Virtual Training and Netball Coaching Masterclasses. Our mission is to encourage and empower people to keep active using the power of netball.

It has always been a dream of Sasha's to be able to deliver online netball training sessions, and Solo Sessions BOOTCAMPS have been designed to inspire and motivate the netball community to get active with lots of netball related activities from challenges, strength exercises to netball dances and more.
